Non-Discrimination
There are absolutely no religious requirements for receiving food, services or friendship from Filling The Void.
We’re happy to serve anyone among the homeless and needy without bias, prejudice or discrimination. Everything we do is inclusive with the express goal of helping people find lasting life change.
In accordance with Biblical teaching, we believe that all people are created in the image of God (Genesis 1:27) and are worthy of respect (1 Peter 2:17).
We do not discriminate against patrons on the basis of age, race, color, religion, gender, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identification, or addiction status.
Trademarks
“Filling The Void®” is a registered trademark. The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office issued our registration in October 2007.
Our wheat/heart logo and our tagline “We Feed. The Soul.®” are also trademarked. These registrations were issued and approved in May 2019.
Our founding organization and our affiliates are the sole entities permitted to use these intellectual properties.
We have made considerable investments in the trademark process and the development of our name, branding and identity over the years.
We will vigorously defend our rights in the event of any infringement, incidental or otherwise.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
We are happy to consider special requests for projects or opportunities that are beyond our normal scope of operations. Please click here to select a short form to complete.
Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require a 50/50 cost-sharing agreement depending on the nature of the request and what is required.
